Since our formation in 2006, Solar Bright has grown to become New Zealand’s leading supplier of innovative, cost-effective solar lighting solutions. Based in Christchurch, we started out striving to combine the use of solar energy and LED technology to create innovative, customised lighting solutions for business applications. To this day that remains our key focus.
Helping to solve a diverse range of specific industry-related issues and challenges, we pride ourselves on offering a unique and refreshing approach, working alongside our clients to add value to their businesses.
Our products and projects range from the supply and install of solar street lighting to remote Islands of the Pacific, to the development of a solar lighting solution which minimises the impact of mosquitos on the neighbouring residential areas around sewerage ponds. Other solutions also include the world’s first commercially available solar powered ice detection road stud – the PATeye - as well as innovative safety lighting for the heavy transport sector.
The foundation and success of our business has been built on innovation, working together in partnership with our clients and distributors and taking the time to genuinely isten and understand their needs. We are focussed on developing products of high quality; products which are well designed, well engineered and built to last. It is this approach that has set Solar Bright apart from our competitors and seen the business go from strength to strength.
Our expertise in the road safety market has seen us expand to encompass the global market, where we are quickly becoming synonymous with the provision of cutting edge solar lighting solutions.
Solar Bright has gained attention from companies in both New Zealand and abroad. We are proud to be providing our lighting solutions to the following businesses:
